Year 8 Scheme of Work
Individual teachers are free to choose texts and to plan their lessons according to the needs of their set. However, to ensure continuity and for tracking purposes, a common scheme of work is adhered to. Below is a table of the common elements studied by all pupils in Year 8.

Continuous work: presentation, spelling, handwriting, punctuation, grammar, comprehension, composition, vocabulary, etc.
The Letts Key Stage 3 text is used in class to support the above work.
